What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation of the nervous system. Different from other forms of therapy, hypnosis taps into the subconscious mind.

That’s where our emotional trauma and learned behaviors are stored. Hypnosis is a powerful way to overcome emotional blocks and deep-rooted issues.

By accessing the subconscious, hypnosis rewires negative or destructive thought patterns. It removes mental and emotional blockers and empowers you to transform your life.

Is Hypnosis Safe?

Hypnosis is 100% safe! You’re aware at all times, you maintain complete control. Your mind will only let in suggestions it sees as helpful. Hypnosis is a very gentle process that allows you to train your mind to focus on whatever you want to create. It also provides improved clarity, focus, and concentration. It also empowers you to be in control of your mind rather than your mind controlling you.

Listening to self-hypnosis audios regularly over a period of time (3 weeks at least) can have a big impact on your quality of life. It can reduce feelings of stress (and the associated physical effects, including digestive problems and tension headaches). It can also increase confidence and self-esteem, improve your outlook on life, help you get better sleep, and improve concentration and memory.

How does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis encourages a trance-like state in which the hypnotherapist is able to guide the client to explore their subconscious mind. This allows them to discover and address the root cause of their issue that lies within.

Hypnosis allows new pathways in the brain to be formed, helping to create positive changes in our thoughts and behavior.

As you relax into a hypnotic state, your mind becomes suggestible. Then, you can uncover the root cause of issues and rewrite the stories you tell yourself about certain past events.

The adaptive brain is malleable, like plastic, and it is designed for learning.

With regular sessions, and once the root cause of an issue has been identified, hypnosis then works to overcome that root cause through a variety of techniques that can lessen the client’s symptoms. This includes, for example, the embedding of positive suggestions that overwrite negative beliefs held in the subconscious.

Brandi’s approach to hypnosis has also been positively influenced by her experience as a Counseling Astrologer and certified Life Coach through the Robbins-Madanes Method. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology.

HOW IT WORKS

Schedule a 15-minute consultation to find out whether you would be a suitable candidate for Hypnosis.

A session typically lasts around 90 minutes online via Zoom teleconferencing.

During the session, you will be regressed into a hypnotic state to uncover the source of the issue that you want to heal and transform. At the end of your appointment, I will give you a recording of the suggestion therapy portion of your session, which you will use for the next 21 days to hardwire the new beliefs into your subconscious mind.
